Paul Keeven
Paul has been appraising residential properties for over 2 decades in the St. Louis area and comes from a long lineage of appraisers. He grew up in the family business learning the craft and then and started his own appraisal firm in 2006. Paul has extensive knowledge and experience appraising a diverse range of properties from downtown to the outlying rural communities.
He is a Missouri State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, a member of the St. Charles Association of REALTORS®, the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Tim Davis
Tim joined PAR Residential in 2017. Tim has been a residential real estate appraiser since 2000 and ran his own appraisal company from 2005-2017.
He is a Missouri State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, a member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®, the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®. and is also a Missouri licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Being a Realtor and appraiser has enabled him to keep up with the ever-changing real estate market. He’s dedicated to helping his clients in whatever capacity is needed.
Megan Claussen
Megan started with Par Residential in 2013 and serves as Director of Operations.
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company, developing and executing new growth directives and setting strategic marketing goals, Megan also serves as Director of Special Projects at Property Assessment Review, Par Residential’s sister company, the largest commercial property tax consulting firm in the St. Louis area. Megan has a Bachelors of Science degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
