Scott is a partner in PAR Residential and has over 15 years commercial and residential appraisal and property tax experience. He has appraised commercial and residential real estate, and handled thousands of property tax appeals in over 10 states.
He is a Missouri State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), the Missouri and National Association of REALTORS®, and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).
